Bespoke 'Buddy Sessions'
'Buddy sessions' (whereby you and a partner share the session and therefore the cost) take place at our studio space in Richmond and North Sheen and are tailored to your personal schedule and level of Pilates experience.  Having just two of you, rather than a crowded pilates class, means you get individualised attention, a more intense workout and faster results!  Grab a friend and come along!
