Exercise of the Month

BEND & STRETCH WITH BAND
 
Targets abs, quadriceps & hip extensors
 
 
STARTING POSITION
  • Lying on your back on an exercise mat – imprinted position and abdominals engaged. Both legs are lifted with knees bent and the Flex‑Band wrapped around the balls of your feet. Hands are holding the Flex-Band with elbows bent at your sides.

EXERCISE
  • INHALE Prepare.
  • EXHALE Maintain abdominal engagement and straighten legs up toward the ceiling. Keep your torso stable and do not let your back arch off the mat.
  • INHALE Keeping your torso stable, bend your knees to return to the starting position.
 
  • Complete 8-10 repetitions
