Do you use ladders in your training?
Exercise movement ladders are an excellent way to train because they offer
an inherent form of motivation.
The layout is simple:
1. Choose 6-10 exercises
2. Set your timer to beep every 30 seconds
3. Perform exercise 1 for 30 seconds
4. Rest 30 seconds
5. Perform exercise 1 & 2 with no rest in between
6. Rest 30 seconds
7. Perform exercise 1, 2, 3 with no rest in between
You can climb the ladder, descend the ladder or both.
